Quick and easy Olivia and Steve were able to get me taken care of quickly, helping me find the vehicle I wanted in the color my wife wanted. The whole process took two days (they had to locate the exact vehicle we were looking for), but total time was only a few hours. More
Great service and accomidation Took my car in for it's bi-annual\6k service; was told my rear brakes were worn to a range where replacement was advised soon. After my son leased his Mazda3 from them the first part of July, the experience was so positive that my husband and I went back a few days later and leased our own Mazda3! Our rating is 5 stars because every person we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and straightforward. Nobody was pushy. For a car-buying experience, it was remarkably low stress. Our first point of contact was Manny. Online and over the phone he gave us excellent service. He listened to what we wanted and got back with us quickly, always being friendly and courteous. He found us the car we wanted and had it waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. The price he quoted us was the price we paid. Our salesman, Chris, was an absolute delight to deal with. He is genuine, personable, and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. He is young and new to the job but very knowledgeable. Even though it was late in the day, he took the time to answer our questions and help us get familiar with the features of our new car. He did not go home until we were all set and ready to leave. Next, we met Garret, Chris’ manager. He really listened to us and what our needs were regarding the financial aspects of the transaction. It was nice to be “heard.” He was willing to work with us and seemed very motivated to make his customers happy. The result is that we are happy with the deal we made and have good feelings about the whole process. I don’t remember the name of the person in finance who led us through the document-signing process, but he was courteous as well. He offered us the extra warranty but when we declined did not push us further and was friendly about it. Our brief encounters with Megan in the service department and Colin in parts were very positive also. Since leasing our car a week ago, we have received follow-up calls from both Chris and Garret, thanking us for our business and offering to help with any questions that may come up. The people at Alan Webb listened to what we wanted and then focused on how best to make that happen. We would definitely go back to buy or lease another car from them, and we happily recommend them to others. More
