Phone Calls Not Returned Went to the dealership and took a test drive on a Saturday - loved the car. Had to hassle the trade-in value, but finally got an acceptable price. When I mentioned I didn't want the extended warranty, was told it was already in the contract -so I let it go. I mentioned that I would be talking to my bank on Monday and would probably put a cash downpayment. So Monday I went to IQ credit union and the loan officer called the person who works jointly with iQ credit union and Alan Webb to have my contract rewritten with the new down payment and that I would receive a call that afternoon. iQ called me about 1 pm and said I would get a call back from Mark to go to Alan Webb and sign the new contract along with my check. After an hour or so, I called Mark and got voice mail, left a msg. After another hour or so, I called and spoke with a women who said Mark was with a client and would call me back in 10-15 minutes (this was about 3 pm). Never received a call back. The next day I called the loan office at iQ and told her I hadn't heard back. She made sa phone call and I finally got an appointment with Alan Webb to sign new a contract. That person said Mark was on vacation for two days and I needed to go to the Chev. office. Who goes on vacation and doesn't make sure all msg. have been either answered or referred to someone else. It wasn't like I was purchasing a small dollar item. Very disappointed as my previous purchase of a new car went very smoothly and I was impressed. I wanted to buy in Vancouver and support a local dealer. I could have very easily bought in Oregon; a lot of car dealers over there. More

Also I requested to adjust the camera for the windshield display, and a service person came out to the car with me and showed me exactly how to do it. More
Oil change while I wait I have never had an adverse experience with Megan. I get in on time and service is done in a reasonable amount of time. Sales Games Let the games begin. What a frustrating experience. It started well enough by searching in the usual ways as well as creating a search via TrueCar w Let the games begin. What a frustrating experience. It started well enough by searching in the usual ways as well as creating a search via TrueCar which generated quotes from various dealers, including Alan Webb. The online sales rep was responsive and worked to get us a very competitive quote on the car we wanted. It was when we went back to the dealership to start the purchase paperwork that things took a turn for the worse. Same old car dealership games. First the sale price was wrong - sales person runs 50 feet to the sales manager's office and returns a minute later with new paperwork reflecting the correct price previously discussed on the phone multiple times while making the appointment. Repeat the same process for an extended warranty we never asked for they tried to sell as part of what we had to include (extra $3500). Repeat the process for "brake surge" for $395 sold as a factory installed option (complete lie as it is something a dealership adds). The sales manager never came out of his office and the sales person was completely out of his depth trying to explain why we had to accept nearly $4000 in added cost for things we didn't want. Nearly walked out. Financing went smooth and quick, as it always has with any car purchase I have made. I will not take my car to Alan Webb Mazda for any service or buy from them again. More

I was told exactly the same car I test drove, just in the color I wanted ,and it is beautiful, accept for the spots that were on it. My husband took in the vehicle and they were Very nice Steve has done so much to try and make it right. we have taken the vehicle back in twice to get it taken care of. It did get fixed, but then I had an appt to take my CX5 in and have the glass coat put on. Oh my does it look Beautiful, but then I seen new discolor flaws underneath it. almost like it had water smears that had not dried. I find the sales Manager and Sales associates have done there part they are very kind. It is the Auto/service shop that needs to focus on the work they do to make things correct when you take it in. I am very disappointed in all I have gone through and I still am. My husband and I are in a disagreement over this vehicle now, I believe that when you purchase a Brand New Vehicle, it should be in perfect condition. My husband well not as much as me. I wish I had not traded in his vehicle for this one, because of how I am feeling right now.. I shouldn't have to take it in again, I have only had it a week. More
