I have mixed opinions about my recent visit with the dealer. The good: Staff was friendly and helpful. They tried to answer my questions as best they could and went under the hood with me to help explai dealer. The good: Staff was friendly and helpful. They tried to answer my questions as best they could and went under the hood with me to help explain. The bad: I received faulty information. I was told 1) that the Q85 battery in my car is not a lead acid battery 2) the regenerative charging capacitor is under the seat (it's by the front wheel well) and 3) that the Q85 battery has a computer in it. Pretty disappointing coming from the experts. Unfortunately I have found this to be pretty common in my neighborhood. Landscapers, contractors, HVAC folks, and even automotive repair specialists are far under-informed to be giving opinions with as great of certainty as they do. So that part of my experience was actually pretty average. The fact that the folks tried hard to answer my questions means so much that I'm willing to give a nod of thanks for my experience today. Previous visits are a whole different story (in a negative way). Edit: Some of the advice that was given to me I found out was also incorrect. I was told that a plastic clip needed to be removed from the negative battery terminal in order to swap out the battery. That's not the case. The plastic assembly is part of the cable itself. Only the cable needs to be removed, the assembly can stay attached. More

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, brought my car and the lady at the service counter acted like I shouldn’t be there. Asking me if I ordered parts ahead of time and that they might not have them in stock. AFTER I had just told her I talked with a lady earlier that morning and she confirmed that they could do this service today with no issues and made the appointment for me. After that was resolved by the original lady I scheduled with, I was told my car would be done no later than 3:30 and that she would call me as soon as it was done. 4pm rolls around and I walk over there from work and my car is just sitting outside, never got a call - nothing. She sees me and goes “oh I meant to call you” just overall not a great experience. Only reason I’m giving more than 2 stars, is because the lady that scheduled my appointment, was amazing. Super prompt about getting answers for me and super friendly. More

Inconsistent I’ve been taking my car here since I purchased it several years ago now suddenly I’m expected to come up with Documentation proving that have all chan I’ve been taking my car here since I purchased it several years ago now suddenly I’m expected to come up with Documentation proving that have all changed your life when they should’ve been there computers back in 2011.The last three times about my car and they have told me that I need to have my brakes done I’ve taken it to the outside professional and each time they told me that they are in great condition. I’ve also been told that my big food needs to be replaced even though I already had it done obviously they’re not checking the color of The fluid make sure it needs to be done just randomly tell me things need to be done early don’t tired of the inconsistencies of the service department. More
Friendly service After 13 years, my old car was ready for retirement.
