From Parts to Service, everyone took care of me - they really went above and beyond to make sure my car repaired in a timely m friendly and thorough. poor experience with the saleswoman she didn’t introduce herself had to ask her name. Bought the car one day they had to get it from another close dealer next day. Never got a call to say the car was ready herself had to ask her name. Bought the car one day they had to get it from another close dealer next day. Never got a call to say the car was ready for pick up. I had to call them. When I asked why she never called was told she was too busy. Also phone miscommunication. Overall almost walked away from buying the car. Never had problems with Alan Webb dealership before but I don’t recommend buying from Olivia. Finance guy Charles was great. More

Front desk in the service dept was not friendly at all. The attitude I received was unacceptable. It took me 4 days to get a hold of service to schedule.
