Questions This is my second appt at AW Mazda. After the first visit,I tried somewhere in the winter for a second appt but you were short of mechanics and it wou This is my second appt at AW Mazda. After the first visit,I tried somewhere in the winter for a second appt but you were short of mechanics and it would be at least two weeks before an appt was available. So I tried a dealership in Tigard, a long drive. I tried AW a second time this week. It was a fifteen minute wait to check in.The women at the counter were very kind and helpful. I was told it would take about an hour to change the oil and inspect the car. Two hours later they were almost done. Both of the times I have come, they suggest something additional to be done. I have heard the same repair suggestions to others who are having their car worked on at the same time. This time it was air filters. I need to trust the shop advisors. So I say yes but I wonder if I’m making a wise decision. It’s a pleasant place to wait and staff are very helpful. But I left with questions about the quality and reliability of the business. More

Suggested I hire a tow truck to get it to the shop then it would be $119 for a diagnostic. A friend brought me a battery charger. Got car started drove directly to a tire company that I had called. Battery was the original, replaced it, was on my way in less than 2 hours. More

A great car and a great price! The downside; car not delivered washed clean and shipping plastic still on arm rests in car when delivered. Just not a thorough preparation for delivery of a new car. Too Many Trips & Too Expensive I took my 2001 Mazda truck in to fix my air conditioning. They failed to properly diagnose the problem the first time, or the second time, etc., etc.. I took my 2001 Mazda truck in to fix my air conditioning. They failed to properly diagnose the problem the first time, or the second time, etc., etc.. After six trips over nearly three years, they finally found the problem and fixed it. However, the total of all the expenses, while they 'practiced' fixing it, was double what the cost would have been if they had diagnosed it correctly the first time, not counting the aggravation. Devra did her best, and I really appreciate her effort, but I am really disappointed in the overall experience. More
