Once was great but starting to not feel like a valued customer. Every visit I have to fight to have my oil change certificate verified when it can just get loaded into the computer. Constantly being asked to reschedule due to overbooking and this last visit my husband had to wait 2.5 hours for a basic oil change. Love Mazda but not sure I will purchase from Alan Webb again.
