Very friendly and supportive of finding issues that occurred with vehicle. Car was there for several days, appreciated loaner vehicle since we had only had the car a week when issues occurred, but as m occurred with vehicle. Had two issues with service department. Tech left oil drain plug loose after oil service and failed to fix and pay attention to tsb about squealing wheel bearing when brought in for related noise. Both times had to return vehicle to service which was inconvenient and time consuming. Eventually fixed both problems, but didn’t inspire confidence in abilities. At one point after getting the vehicle back when wheel bearing noise was not corrected, I called to make an appointment saying it wasn’t fixed and the response was “okay”, not even an “I’m sorry”. Sent in a complaint via website email and received a call from the sales department asking what new car I was interested in. Told the sales rep that my email was a complaint about service and to direct it to the proper staff. Never received any response. More
I have been have had my car serviced here since 2012…always friendly, quality service. This last visit was subpar. The front desk was not rude, but not friendly. The quality of the work was not that great — typically, when having the oil changed they fill the windshield reservoir and provide recommendations for services needed. This time none of that happened. Plus, they put the most expensive oil (synthetic) without a conversation. Went from $60 to $100 — I was told it was basically my fault as I didn’t tell them at the time of service I didn’t want synthetic. I’ve never had to specify in the past. Hopefully, this was just an off day for them…if this is the new type of service provided, I’ll go elsewhere. More

I took my new car in for the first oil change,was surprised that they did not vacuum the floors inside the car. My other car at Toyota always did and washed it.
