Had a major part go out. They worked with warranty for me and got everything covered. Also the part took 4 weeks to get in (not their fault) and they hooked me up with a loaner for a stress free waiting peri and got everything covered. Chris Smith was a knowledgeable, helpful salesman. Manager Jay- not so much. When he offered us $9k for our trade in, said it was “the best he could do.” (We knew it was worth just under $12k.) Five minutes after we drove away he called to offer us $11k. This behavior led us to conclude he lied about “the best he could do,” loosing his credibility and our trust. Later that day, I spoke with salesman Jordan & we agreed to $11,500. Next day we came to close the deal with Chris. We asked to meet Jay to discuss previous days events. Jay was dismissive, arrogant and condescending- not good qualities in a car salesman/ manager. The ONLY reason we proceeded with the deal was because of your stellar service department.
