I had an appointment scheduled for 9:40am but when I showed up to pick my car up after lunchtime, they told me they weren’t going to start on it until 1:50pm. My car wasn’t finished until 3pm even thoug showed up to pick my car up after lunchtime, they told me they weren’t going to start on it until 1:50pm. My car wasn’t finished until 3pm even though I had an scheduled appointment that only should’ve taken about 1 hour or so. More
