We went for some problem. The car was telling us to stop at a safe location and have it serviced. We managed to bring it to the dealership. The problem was diagnosed. Despite The car was telling us to stop at a safe location and have it serviced. We managed to bring it to the dealership. The problem was diagnosed. Despite the fact that it was late afternoon and Thanksgiving eve, the dealership went on to work on the car. We could have been told to come back after Thanksgiving to pick up the car and we were so thankful for that. We were informed from time to time on the progress of the work being done. The waiting area is comfortable and have snacks and drink available. We appreciate how accommodating the dealership was. More

Vehicle was in three times for the same issue. Don’t understand how issue could not have been resolved after visit #2. Provided information as to what was happening to my vehicle and found I had Don’t understand how issue could not have been resolved after visit #2. Provided information as to what was happening to my vehicle and found I had to repeat myself a few times. Customer observances in problem reporting appear to be dismissed. When I ask if they checked the issues I reported was told they weren’t aware of that problem. Hoping this third visit has resolved the issue. Will probably be trading in vehicle or selling vehicle as I am not comfortable that issue was resolved. More
