SERVICE VISIT

I was bringing my car in to get an area of concern looked at before one of the warranties runs out in December. I was given 3 things by text that I could have done or opt out of (oil change, etc) and I decli at before one of the warranties runs out in December. I was given 3 things by text that I could have done or opt out of (oil change, etc) and I declined all. When I was dropped off to pick up my car I was given a longer list of things that were due or recommended to be done including a belt that was starting to crack...a couple of them were items I would have had done but I wasn't told them until I got there to pick it up. The employee told me that they just have gotten added after I received the text that my car was ready. I wasn't even asked if I wanted them done. It was disappointing and when I said something it was just brushed off. I wasn't even asked if I wanted them done at that time. I took a day off work to bring my car in and can't do that frequently. I do wish I could have had it done at that time. More
