It was agreed that I would arrive at a specific time to finalize a purchase according to the agreements made and confirmed. I arrived on time and was extremely shocked and disappointed that nothing was ready. No paperwork drawn up, the car was on the lot and very dirty. The initial tour of the car itself was not necessary having researched its features and capabilities and already voiced desire to finalize. I’m not naive to think some time would not be involved, but, anticipated enough prep by them to streamline the process. Some of the delay was in the incorrect quote given to me via document online and that I was prepared to sign for. Hence the contract was an additional $3,000. I did not get out of there till 9:00 p.m., and, still had to get the car back the next day to complete the package as planned. The business manager was very timely and didn’t try to sell options that I had already voiced plan. The time with him was only delayed by the poor computer performance. Disappointed that buying this car was not as pleasant an experience as the last two Purchases from Alan Webb. More

New tires I called in & needed new tires same day because I live out of town now and was making a trip in. Megan said they had tires in and if I drop my car off I called in & needed new tires same day because I live out of town now and was making a trip in. Megan said they had tires in and if I drop my car off ASAP then she could have it done by 5pm for me(I live an hour away so me coming to town is a day event). Sure enough I dropped my car off by 11am and it was ready right before 5pm. I always get extraordinary service in Mazda, doesn’t matter if it’s Megan or Jessica these ladies are amazing! Thank you!!! More

The service is top notch - they try to give you fit you in if they are scheduled out. They have cars available as loaners sometimes which is a huge help. They even patched and repaired a nail in my tire at no charge. Highly recommended whether or not your car was purchased at the dealership. More

This had the added effect of periodically blanking the backup camera, which is a safety violation. The service staff was able to get the part replaced at no cost to me aside from the initial diagnostic fee. The only downside was a 3 month wait on the part, since it was constantly on backorder due to this apparently being in high demand due to this problem. More
