New tires I called in & needed new tires same day because I live out of town now and was making a trip in. Megan said they had tires in and if I drop my car off I called in & needed new tires same day because I live out of town now and was making a trip in. Megan said they had tires in and if I drop my car off ASAP then she could have it done by 5pm for me(I live an hour away so me coming to town is a day event). Sure enough I dropped my car off by 11am and it was ready right before 5pm. I always get extraordinary service in Mazda, doesn’t matter if it’s Megan or Jessica these ladies are amazing! Thank you!!! The service is top notch - they try to give you fit you in if they are scheduled out. They have cars available as loaners sometimes which is a huge help. They even patched and repaired a nail in my tire at no charge. Highly recommended whether or not your car was purchased at the dealership. More
Infotainment system repair The infotainment system on my 2015 Mazda 3 crashed, causing it to stick in a cycle of constantly trying to boot up. This had the added effect of perio The infotainment system on my 2015 Mazda 3 crashed, causing it to stick in a cycle of constantly trying to boot up. This had the added effect of periodically blanking the backup camera, which is a safety violation. The service staff was able to get the part replaced at no cost to me aside from the initial diagnostic fee. The only downside was a 3 month wait on the part, since it was constantly on backorder due to this apparently being in high demand due to this problem. More
