Alan Webb has been there both times either meeting or beating pricing. I'm a busy biz owner and like most of us, I value price, customer service and my time. With Alan Webb Mazda, I'm in and out as quickly as possible with rockstar customer service. I also buy lube for life oil changes. PROCESS WAS SMOOTH AND EASY THEY HAD WHAT WE WANTED. THE NEGOTIATION WAS SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. THE PAPERWORK WAS EASY TO FOLLOW. Most Challenging Service Visit Ever Had My apt yesterday was set up weeks ago. I arrived 20 minutes early; however the vehicle that pulled in behind me directly was completed and they left t My apt yesterday was set up weeks ago. I arrived 20 minutes early; however the vehicle that pulled in behind me directly was completed and they left the building before I did. No one came up to me to alert me my vehicle was done. I was in the waiting area and got concerned when it was nearing almost an hour since I arrived (oil change generally takes me 35-45 mins). The service department didn’t seem to busy so that was not the issue. I walked up to the service desk and asked when my vehicle will be done and I was told it was and that paperwork was being printed out. My first concern with the “paper work” indicated I had a balance of over $92.00. This was not acceptable because I had purchased lifetime oil changes at the time of purchase of my vehicle more than 5 yrs ago. The service guy said it was a “new system” and that he had to go to different screen to confirm if I indeed had the lifetime warranty. It got worked out but again added more unnecessary time to being in that place than on my way home. The other concern is the print out of their inspection findings. It was unclear on why boxes were checked because the service advisor was not clear in their description and the service guy at the front desk had no clue. The service girl that was there helped him so I’m assuming he’s “new”.... I have over 60,000 miles on my car and have had a lot of visits to this service department (including maintenance apts (covered and paid out of pocket), accessories added (out of pocket) and recall performed. Hands down the worse experience I have had but overall I’m very impressed with the service I received and will continue to do business but wanted to give details of my visit as an opportunity to improve More
