Bought used CX-5, drove off lot a couple weeks ago and it started vibrating from floor board. Tried calling the dealer multiple times to help out and keep getting the run around. Nobody calls me back. Chris More

Tony, I am sorry you feel that way but I specifically told Chris and Chris told you that a service appointment needed to be scheduled before a determination could be made. So once again if you want to schedule a service appointment then we can take a look at the issue you are having, a salesman does not have anything to do with the mechanical or repair of a vehicle. Detric or Mikayla can get you scheduled if you call in to the service center. If you choose not too and just write a 1 star review that is counter intuitive to getting the problem diagnosed and fixed. Also I can not authorize repairs or funds until a diagnosis is done, nobody is going to agree to spend money on something they have not seen after it has been off the dealership lot and being driven for multiple weeks. I am sorry you are not ok with that, but that is the order of operations that must happen in situations such as this. Have a great day! Best regards, John Kendall GSM

Writing a review is the only way to get a response from anyone at Alan Webb Mazda. Chris hasn’t called me back. Nothing. Numerous times saying he would call me back. Very unprofessional. I expect as a customer to get some level of respect when being told someone will call me back. It doesn’t feel good. I would gladly bring it in to get scheduled and fixed but nobody has called me after making numerous phone calls into Chris. Sad that it takes a review others can see to get any type of follow up or response.

A simple phone call or “doing what you say you will do” would have gone a long way instead of 5 phone calls into dealer and no call back. Nothing. Complete ghosting. He literally told me numerous times he would call back. Also, I drove it off the lot and the issue started almost right away so I called Chris. But again, 5 phone calls later and nothing. This is by far the best follow up I’ve received. Thank you. I’ll get it scheduled with them we can figure out with you. Appreciate your help.
