Fantastic buyer experience After looking online for Silverado pickups and seeing the inventory and prices Alan Webb has, my wife and I took a trip down there to check them out. After looking online for Silverado pickups and seeing the inventory and prices Alan Webb has, my wife and I took a trip down there to check them out. Conner met us when we walked in and helped us. I had done a little research on the available options for the Silverado, but had a few questions. He answered our questions and provided additional information about the options I didn’t even know about. After we were finished and ready to leave, he got in the truck with us and walked through all of the various controls on the dash and explained their functionality. He also synced up our phones with the system. Since my wife doesn’t drive the car we took down there to Alan Webb, Conner and a coworker followed us to our house to deliver the truck. (We were a little concerned how we were going to do this, but he volunteered) Bree helped us get the additional accessories we wanted. One of these was not in stock, so she got it ordered.
