Pleasant, non-pressured help with selecting a new vehicle. We came in to try out a new Tahoe. Bob Nodine helped us. He was so nice, & there was no "pressure " to buy. When we decided to buy, he walked us thru the process & turned us over to Justin Lang to finish up the financial portion. Bree Miller told us about Rewards Program & got me started on it. All-in-all, quite a pleasant experience. We have a 2004 Tahoe that we have really enjoyed. I think we're going to love our new Tahoe! More

Only reason its not a 5 star rating is due to the amount of waiting that took place between 2 different days. Overall I do not look forward to the car buying experience, so take my words with a grain of salt. I would recommend working with Niles and Mike if you are going to choose Alan Webb as your next dealership to work with. More

We are nothing short of thankful for his hard work in helping us square things out with the mess that the guys in sales made for us. I originally went into Allen Webb because I needed a spare key made for another car we had. I had nothing short of a great experience. So when we were ready to purchase our first family car we shopped around but ended up at at Allen Webb! Mike Hendrickson was one of the first to greet us. He had a big smile, and asked how he could help! We came with a tall wish list and I knew it; as I explained this to Mike he laughed. Again I know we had a tall wish list but...really... anyway he looked up the stock he had and we decided one to look at. The first one we looked at we decided to test drive. As we were driving the guy would not stop talking. When we came back to the dealership my husband and I wanted to talk about the other cars we had seen at a couple of other dealerships and the one that we just drove. But Mike just keep talking. We finally got our space to talk. We decided yes on the car we were looking at. Mike had us fill out a couple of papers and went to do his behid the door dealing ( I know this is not unique to this deal ship). Told us it would be about 10-15 mins; we waited almost 45. Finally in comes Dave Milbrand. First thing he asked was if we were sure we wanted to use the financing, he stated that he could get us a better deal. We told him me were happy and comfortable with the deal we came in with. Dave smiled and said no problem. Said that he he needed to set things up and we would be going back to his office to sign papers, asked us to get him about 15 minutes to do this. After waiting almost an hour Dave finally called us back. From here we were feed lies and disrespect. He would tell us something, and then take it back with his next breath. Again I want people to look elsewhere when when they are looking to purchase a vehicle. More
Service dept top notch! I hate Alan Webb for their sales department. However I keep going to service dept because of Brian Wilson. He is only of the only people I will trust I hate Alan Webb for their sales department. However I keep going to service dept because of Brian Wilson. He is only of the only people I will trust at this dealership. I think he is at this job because he loves what he does, not because of a paycheck. I am forever greatful to this man. Things could have ended so much differently for my family but Brian was not going to let that happen. Thank you for that. More
Not Honest I like the truck I bought but did not like the way this dealership conducts sales agreements. They are looking to gouge their customers. Two days after I purchased my vehicle they offered a price drop of 2k on another identical vehicle. They wouldn’t move on price for me but offered the price I was looking for to anyone two days later. Really unprofessional and shows they really don’t want to help buyers get their best deal. More
Bought a new Colrado The Truck is nice with most of the features I wanted. Black is a nice color when it's been freshly washed. Other wise you just have to leave it to the elements to choose they color for you. Sale people are nice.. Jamie and I had been chatting for at least 6 months before I stepped onto the lot. She had to put with a lot from me over that time. But she got the job done and glad it's over with Thank you Jamie! Her co workers pitched in to help Jamie when she had to go seek medical help while trying to close my deal.. I felt bad for her but I knew she had to go Less then a week later I stopped in to see her to see how she was doing and had a few questions about the truck she answered for me. Got my reward straighten out while I was there. Today I brought in my printed rewards to get my back floor mats. While I was there I stopped in at spoke with a service person about a exhaust smell coming into the cab when I use the recirculate to block the out side smalls coming in. I asked him about this issue and he said that was normal. I told him it should not be normal. He said there was nothing they could do to fix it, He said to call GM and talk to them about. Or make and appointment.. He seem very unconcern with this problem I'm having with my new truck. Other wise the fuel mileage seems to be improving as I continue to drive it. Seems to ride very well and very glad I got the LT model over the Z71. It was also nice to close with Justin Lang. He gave me lot knowledge about his owner ship of the Colorado as well. Wasn't pushy on extended warranty. I bought the Oil for life at the dealership that was enough for me. Just want to Thank Jamie again You put up with this old guy and glad you came out on the lot when I was walking around looking at your vehicles. I think it has to do with fate.. More
