I was allowed the luxury of getting out and looking around a bit without being bombarded, and then was casually approached by Josh. There was a comfortable report immediately. He listened to my needs and introduced me to a 2013 Ford Escape. I test drove it, and when I returned, he politely excused himself to an appointment, and left me in the hands of Niles, who i was also very comfortable working with. They had both been very informative and laid back, which put my apprehension at ease, but again, this was my first stop, first car, and a little over my budget. With no pressure, they were understanding when I left. Niles called, texted, and kept the conversation and option open, which I appreciated. After taking a few days to research, contemplate, and ultimately make a decision, I returned on 10/21/19, and reconnected with Josh. He was so personable, and friendly, yet, as with Niles, he was professional. Dave also made the closing smooth and easy. Needless to say, I ended up buying with Alan Webb, and within my comfort zone. All without ever visiting another vehicle, or dealership! This has been my best car buying experience, and I will be back in the future, as well as recommend you to anyone in search of the same.
