Disappointed with service. No employees were wearing a mask (except for two people), I think more customers were actually wearing a mask. Received my car with exterior oil stains and the employee that returned my car was not wearing a mask or any PPE while inside my car (disrespectful to my health). Going back and forth with people just to return a rental and pick up car was annoying (could use a better work flow).
