This place is located at a convenient location. I do like that when you first walk in they’re ready to assist you in any way possible. How is it possible that I was at the dealership for almost 4 full hours for an oil change, wiper replacement, and a lightbulb replacement? I watched my car sit in the service bay for almost a full hour almost 4 full hours for an oil change, wiper replacement, and a lightbulb replacement? I watched my car sit in the service bay for almost a full hour before someone took 3 minutes to replace the lightbulb. In addition to the incredibly slow service when staff were observed standing around talking to each other, the general stale cigarette smell of the waiting area was intense. Lastly, and right now most importantly, almost every single employee working inside as a sales person or other staff were NOT wearing masks! If I'm asked to be a responsible customer and wear one, should not also the employees of the company. This alone tells a story of how little this location cares about their customers. It was appalling in so many ways. More
