Waited for a little over 2hrs for an oil change. If you were staff short, would be so nice to know, because it's a lack of respect and professionalism to have you there just waiting for a service that basi were staff short, would be so nice to know, because it's a lack of respect and professionalism to have you there just waiting for a service that basically takes 39min.
