Service and service time were both great. Only comment would be to make sure people are properly spaced out during COVID in the waiting room. I took my care in for oil change, since I was offered free oil change if I did a survey last time I was in there. I was charged around $268.09. I received an email to accept the repairs for the Nissan free oil change if I did a survey last time I was in there. I was charged around $268.09. I received an email to accept the repairs for the Nissan Rogue, but I misunderstood the email, since they told me at service desk that they will take care of it and on the email it showed no charge at top, so I accepted repairs. Little did I know I was going to get charged that much to get brake fluid and oil filter changed. I could have gone to Jiffy Lube for half of that cost. We have bought 4 cars here. Never again will I buy from this dealership again, and my lease is up in 5 months. More

I went there for alignment, after they performed alignment and charged me 100$, they recommended me to replace control arm and other parts. So basically to change parts and to do again alignment and alignment and charged me 100$, they recommended me to replace control arm and other parts. So basically to change parts and to do again alignment and again to pay 100$. I think that will be better that they told me before they perform alignment that my car need some work. All other experience in this service is great. Nice friendly people. More
