Fleet vehicle brought in twice and replacement of driver light not addressed. While in the shop- damage to bumper and needed to be replaced. Returned rental and Enterprise wasn’t aware of car return until after I called 3x days later! Called & left vm for a manager & never received a response or apologize for the continued mishaps
