I always thought that I could trust but I see that they do not care at all what the owners of the car say they had the car for several hours and it does not seem to be a car agency they did not solve the p do not care at all what the owners of the car say they had the car for several hours and it does not seem to be a car agency they did not solve the problem but they did charge me more than 500 dollars just for work and but the price of the parts is useless if I pay for an extra guarantee because they simply determine that it is repairable so that it does not cover and you pay, it is a sensor that instead of changing it they repaired it and it did not work well ... how bad qur being a lot of cars of the same brand can not do the job. At this point I'm pissed and very dissatisfied with how I've had to come numerous times for the tires alone being susceptible to issues just last year alone, I just got a multi point inspection done just t I've had to come numerous times for the tires alone being susceptible to issues just last year alone, I just got a multi point inspection done just this week since you don't winterize cars, but my biggest complaint is that even though the battery all around is okay on the checklist, all of a sudden, the battery goes out on me. I'm looking for somewhere else to do business, because I come here too much as it is. Not to mention that not everyone there wear masks. More

I came in unscheduled for a gas cap and asked if an oil change, blinker bulb and washer blades could be r Poor communication in service department. I came in unscheduled for a gas cap and asked if an oil change, blinker bulb and washer blades could be replaced. I was told there was no wait as a technician was available. Also had asked for tech to take vehicle for a test drive to try to diagnose a noise that occurs upon acceleration. No diagnosis was made although the noise occurs every acceleration and my visit lasted almost 3 hours. There was no proactive communication, I had to initiate any update I received. The work done does not warrant a wait of almost 3 hours. More
