Everyone was Polite , and Courteous . Everyone I encountered went out of their way . Especially Sam and The Gentleman that Registered my Vehicle and took my Contact info. Elena was not particularly helpful. I had to keep asking what was going on with my car. I felt like a bother to her. When I said “excuse me” because she did not acknowledge me standing in front of her she r what was going on with my car. I felt like a bother to her. When I said “excuse me” because she did not acknowledge me standing in front of her she replied with “what.” When I asked who was getting my car she did not respond to me. She asked someone else and kept typing. She never looked me in my face or said “sorry for the delay” or anything. More
