Such a fun purchase! I recently bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra. The staff was incredible starting from my wonderful salesperson Maulik to the finance and general managers. I'm a 24 year old woman and it people look at me like I'm young and inexperienced, but not here. I didn't feel pressured and what's more important, Maulik took his time to show me all the features on my new car. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks you, Al Piemonte! More

The service center is a joke. I read some people reviews about how satisfied they are, because the part needed was ordered and there in a few days. is that a joke? I bought Nissan there , they are called Piemonte Nissan, the service specialized in Nissans warranty and they need a few days to order a part. Why not have it in stock? I left my car there for promissed hour and half. After 2 and half hour I was told they looked at the car, but they dont have the part to fix it, so i can drive home and back the next day, or i can leave my car there. What a joke. First off all how would i get home without my car, I dont live next door or even close, second of all, I work..... I dont have a week of to work around their schedule. Come, wait, go, come , wait, go...... Am I working for them or are they working for me? I will never go back. i would ratter drive to Indiana to find another location than come back here. More
I liked the car I test drove, but refused to buy I searched for a month for a car and made a couple visits here, and dealt with Julia Safonov every time. She does not know anything about the cars she is selling, and she even hit a car with a car I was test driving. If you tell her you're not there to buy and just to test drive, she gets extremely offended and almost pushes you out the door. I almost bought a 2011 Sentra from here, but I got a better deal on a new Chevy from a much friendlier and more competent dealership. If you do decide to come here, hopefully you'll have better luck with a different sales rep. She told me she hasn't been in sales for very long, and it shows. This is the second worst dealership I visited during my search. More
My wife and I recently visited a second time to purchase a 2013 Nissan Sentra SR model. We test drove a car that was a Demo and was not cleaned yet, but was on the lot to sell. After the drive we felt very a 2013 Nissan Sentra SR model. We test drove a car that was a Demo and was not cleaned yet, but was on the lot to sell. After the drive we felt very certain that we wanted to purchase a version of this car. We wanted to have the dealer locate a SR with a sunroof in a Blue color, Peter the rep told us that Blue is NOT offered in Illinois. We also started talking numbers on a black version and when I asked to see the dealer invoice, I was told that they don't have an invoice and only work from the MSRP price. I insisted on seeing a dealer invoice, and SURPRISE, the Sales Manager found one. We started to discuss prices and wisely stopped for the day as was past closing time. Thus visit was on June 30th, it seemed that we were being pressured to buy even though we wanted to wait for July incentives to be offered. Prior to reconsidering a second visit, I searched for the Nissan Sentra SR online and found one at Woodfield Nissan. I called and arranged to visit and determined that I was lied to and the car in Blue is offered in Illinois. Due to these 2 lies from the Al Piemonte Nissan rep, we decided to make a purchase from Woodfield Nissan and could not be more pleased with our treatment. We also realized that the sticker MSRP on the Nissan seen at the Al Piemonte dealer was supposed to have been changed as Nissan had lowered the prices in mid-season. We were able to buy the car for $4000 less than the Al Piemonte price due to this sticker price difference. BE AWARE AND ALERT IF YOU CHOOSE THE VISIT THIS AL PIEMONTE NISSAN. More
I was told that I would have my 2nd oil change for free. They fixed my car when three other dealers could not. Had a noise i have been trying to get id of for 2 years now. dealer found in one hour. very friendly people. Would recommend !! Sales rep was rude and rediculously pushy. Im a woman, and I felt like a little disrespected and it was in general a very demeaninf experienced. I was spoken to as if i had NO idea what i was looking for/ and I felt like a little disrespected and it was in general a very demeaninf experienced. I was spoken to as if i had NO idea what i was looking for/ talking about when on the contrary i did my research for a good few weeks before i went car shopping. This dealership was very overprices and they assumed they'd impress me with rediculous features that meant nothing to me. Had absolutely no interest in meeting my needs other than making a sale. im glad i left and went to a different Nissan dealership where the experience was completely the opposite! More
