Usua Working with Ron Brown and his associates was the best car buying experience I've encountered. I went in to see a car that was sent to service. Usually this means that I'm going to get the typical sales pitch and sold onto another vehicle. However, Ron worked to get the car back ASAP and kept in constant communication with me and even held the vehicle for me until I could leave work a few days later. He even had them put on new tires and brakes before I got there. I worked with Ron and Gabriel and this was the smoothest car buying experience for me and my family. I had my 2 year old with and we were in and out before she went into her zombie sleep mode. Even the finance department got us a great rate and in and out within a half hour. I picked an option to install a Nissan factory remote starter and the service department had that car ready by the time I finished up with the finance manager. I highly recommend calling ahead and making an appointment with Ron Brown because this place was busy even on a Tuesday. More

He showed me the After researching cars for weeks, I ended up at Al Piemonte Nissan. I walked in and Fernando was kind enough to notice I needed help. He showed me the original car I came to view. He was very frank and upfront with me on my concerns and questions. After not liking the color of the car I came to view, he was open to showing me more cars in different colors. Without belittling me (as other dealers did), he was patient and extremely helpful. (If more people were as kind, helpful, and clear as him, I wonder how many more cars would sell?) Long story short, the process from start to finish was clear, easy and VERY enjoyable. I'm thankful for Fernando's help and patience. He deserves a raise! Or better yet, a position where he can duplicate himself! Thank you Fernando!!!! -Samantha More
From Hero to Less Than Zero I purchased my very first vehicle, a pre-owned Chevrolet from this dealership in December 2014. At that point I asked if I needed to find a Chevy deal I purchased my very first vehicle, a pre-owned Chevrolet from this dealership in December 2014. At that point I asked if I needed to find a Chevy dealership to service my car and was told no they're service center would take care of it. From December 2014 to January 2017 service was amazing. I had no complaints, I was always treated cordially' told how to best care for my car; wait time was good; and my car ran smoothly. In January 2017 that changed. I had my car towed in because I received a message basically indicating there was an issue with my thermostat AND my car wouldn't start. After the service departmnt looked the car over they told me I needed new brakes, brake pads, roters, and a battery. Supposedly a new battery would alleviate the thermostat message. I gave verbal consent for them to fix the vehicle and picked it up a few days later. On the day of pick up, one the gentleman lost my car and wouldn't tell me. It took him approximately 30 mins to find my car and bring it to me. Two, there was now an issue with my drivers door shutting....something that wasn't an issue when I took the car in. Already perturbed I took the car back a week or two later about the door and was told my by the same serice rep "oh well we can take care of that when you bring the car in for the next oil change". In February I received the same message regarding my thermostat.....confirming indeed there was still asn issue. I took the car into a Chevy dealership and yes there's a need for a new thermostat(problem number 1), but I was also told the battery case was corroded.....NOW I'm no car epxert but why is there ANY issue with my battery when it was just replaced??? I called to get the warrnty information for the battery and was told by yet again the same service rep that the only way I could get the information was if I brought my car in and allowed them to fix it. He then proceeded to argue with me about the warranty information; he was extremely rude; disrespectful; and worst of all I feel as though I was taken advanatge of and my money and time was wasted!! I would NEVER recommend this department to anyone. I understand there are pros and cons to every business and service but I've literally watched ths one transform for the worst. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Oh my representative's name was William....just terrible More
