I made an appointment with Al piemonte Nissan and when I brought the car in Oscar help assist me through out my service request. he explain the diagnostic fee and my car was brought back I waited 30 minutes to find out it did not need repair and that they were able to get it closed! Oscar remain very professional throughout the process explaining the details of the problem. I will bring my car back there for any future service thank you again for your great customer service.
