Oil change and overall inspection. After I pulled into the service department, I was greeted by a CSR, and asked what brings me in today. Notes were taken, I was told the est wait time, and asked to have a seat in the waiting lounge. Once my vehicle was complete, the overall service was explained, I was given my paperwork, escorted to the cashier, and was told to have a great weekend. More

Took my Murano Friday night for diagnosed, not getting an answer til Sat. night after I went to service desk to find out they never look in the drop o Took my Murano Friday night for diagnosed, not getting an answer til Sat. night after I went to service desk to find out they never look in the drop off box for my keys. After knowing how much is was going to cost me for spark plugs, battery and injectors cleaning I decided to go later that night to pick up my truck and they didn’t have my keys ready by the cashier so I had to wait till Monday night to get my truck. Service Dept I went in to get my oil changed. I experienced a small issue with my battery and testing. I called David, he made sure my battery was replaced with no I went in to get my oil changed.
