Experience I've bought my car here at Al Piemonte Nissan and my service experience is getting lower and lower. The staff used to be friendly, caring, and informa I've bought my car here at Al Piemonte Nissan and my service experience is getting lower and lower. The staff used to be friendly, caring, and informative but now they just seem like they want to rush me out. I used to like coming here for a few fixer ups or update on what's going on with my car. I recently came for an oil change then later found out I also had a "fluid brake recall" out of the two days I came one for each. Both days seemed like the staff just wanted to rush me out of the dealership and did not give me much information on my "brake fluid recall". Online it said the staff would update me about my ABS and give me a manual on my new fluid; I did not receive anything from the person giving me my papers besides my keys and the "proof of service/bill". This place was once good to me when I bought my car, now my expectations for this place is getting lower and lower. More

Told me about the benefits of upgrading to a newer model. This is the first time I came in and someone handed me a business card and folder with all the info for me to take home.
