Racial discrimination or Bad Day I am a long time customer of this dealership 14 years and five cars and This is the first time That I’ve been so disappointed and disrespectful. I I am a long time customer of this dealership 14 years and five cars and This is the first time That I’ve been so disappointed and disrespectful. I was in the dealership as normal getting my car serviced and as always I go to the showroom and speak to the gentleman at the front desk. They always ask an I looking to trade and today a new guy said he could get me what I wanted at the price I wanted. All the gentleman know me and I usually always try to wheel and deal. But the new guy guaranteed me that he get me a new platinum Armanda 2019 With the trade of my old one for 475 a month. Of course I didn’t tvink it was possible however he told me he could and I said oK. I usually never allow them to run My credit because it’s excellent and I don’t like the negative impact. But again the special armada sales guy said he could make the deal happen. I allowed him to run my credit the result was 815, as a continued to wait the special armada sale guy tells me he couldn’t get me a deal but offered me a lease and I told him I don’t want a lease I want to own. Additionally, I stated I wouldn’t had never let you run my credit before the deal was written out and that was my fault. The General manager Jim, don’t know me but started to get very angry because I wouldn’t buy a car. I never got loud or was no reason for me the only thing they did was lied, but I still have my cars so no hard feelings on my end. On the other hand the general manager said to me In a very nasty voice to leave the dealership if I can’t be nice. I know I didn’t do anything so I walked away and I appropriately he followed behind. He keep talking and I put my hand up with no words and continued to locate my keys from service. The words ourt the manager mouth was cursing and loudness all because I gave him the hand trying not to say anything back. He countinued to follow me through the dealership until I received my keys and said in a loud voice GET OUT. He is so unprofessional, inappropriate and rude. This was the very first time I had a issue at this dealership and it’s duty to the new leadership. It’s very ironic that I’ve been coming here for so long and purchase 5 cars and the new GM would treat a customer like that. Amazing! I have always been satisfied with service but today’s experience on the sale side was so horrible I’m not sure if he was just having a bad dad or because I’m African American. I would hate to think I purchase all my vehicles from a dealership that will enploy someone who has racial issues. FYI, If the dealership has cameras it will display what happened... More
