Exceptional experience After having a poor experience trying to purchase a 2019 Nissan Armada Platinum last week from Nissan Dealer in Naperville. A friend recommended visi After having a poor experience trying to purchase a 2019 Nissan Armada Platinum last week from Nissan Dealer in Naperville. A friend recommended visiting Al Piemonte in Melrose Park where he had a great experience. Although it was a little longer drive I’m glad we took his advise. I met with Jim Duvas, General Manager and explained what happen at the other dealer. He was extremely professional, listen and apologize for the poor experience we had from a competing dealership. He personally assured us they will do everything they can to satisfying our expectation and answer all our questions. Within minutes they provided a great price with no gimmicks. It made me feel good someone still take pride in providing outstanding customer service. They were honest and did not play games.
