Update 4/2 on service experience ******4/2/19 Update****** After being reached out to by the service department. They had me come and evaluate the scratch on the rim. After looking at it and taking some pictures they told me they would repair it on the house! Took the car back a few days later and now the rim now looks better than it did before. This meant a lot to me and has built trust in their service department. It’s a good example of how they take good care of customers. Any doubts I’ve had in the past are now gone. If you are looking looking for an honest place for service this is the place! * *. *. *. * * Pretty upset about my recent visit. I had 5:00 pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t realize the 2 most common services would take close to 2 hours. When one of the sales mangers noticed I’ve been sitting there for some time he checked on it and I got my car 30 mins later. Also, upon inspecting the car the next morning in the daylight I noticed that one of the rims had pretty bad curb rash on it. I don’t have a before and after video or pictures but I can tell you the scratch wasn’t there when I arrived because I wash and dry my car every week and would have noticed. I don’t know if the wheel was switched or it was scratched when it was serviced but either way I’m irritated. I will continue to buy cars here but won’t use their service depart anymore. My wife’s car has a Bluetooth issue which is still unresolved now going on over 2 years for that one. More

The car went through a hearty inspection that resulted in the dealership replacing the transmission and tires and several other things to guarantee that my used car was safe and going to last. Steven was my original point of contact and he was great in getting pictures of the car for me when it was only like 5° out, Erick was my salesperson and he was great to work with and rode with in the three test drives we did, Sam the manager wheeled and dealed with me (he was a tough nut to crack!) But we came to an agreement on the car that I felt good about and he was willing to accept 😅. Thanks Sam!! More
