Very disappointed I sent my son for an oil change, window wiper blades and figure out check engine light. Dealership charged $141.00 to scan the check engine light. I sent my son for an oil change, window wiper blades and figure out check engine light. Dealership charged $141.00 to scan the check engine light. The check engine light was PD0101. Which means the car needs routine maintenance. I couldn't afford the $525 price quoted. So I asked if they could do $140 worth of routine maintenance, and reset the light so my son could take the EPA inspection and buy the state plate sticker before going back to college for spring break. The dealer said they wouldn't be able to do anything unless I paid for it all. I ended up paying $286 for an oil change and new super blades and a diagnostic that did nothing. The light is still on and my son now has to drive back 7 hours in the next 30 days to start all over again. I will be finding a new maintenance team. Al Piemonte had services 3 of my cards over the past 20 years. They won't get another. Help people that need help. More

Takes time but everyone is nice. It takes about 1-2 hours for an oil change. Sub par service and customer service that does not stand by their word. Have had nothing but problems since i purchased my new rogue. Pliers left on my car after service which slid an that does not stand by their word. Have had nothing but problems since i purchased my new rogue. Pliers left on my car after service which slid and scraped the new windshield i had to get as well as the paint, reps make promises but make no notes therefore you leave feeling good but are later shafted, reps dont listen when you come in with issues and need certain things done because they prefer to be on their ipads, disrespectful and rude management. Quite amazed people still purchase and get services from here. Definitely recommend a different location if youre looking for a nissan dealership. More
