Wrong oil. So I brought my car to Al Piemonte Nissan located at Melrose Park, Illinois. Everything SEEMED going good so far until I got my receipt. I seen that o So I brought my car to Al Piemonte Nissan located at Melrose Park, Illinois. Everything SEEMED going good so far until I got my receipt. I seen that on my receipt that the oil that they applied was 5W30 Oil, but my car takes full synthetic OW-20 Engine Oil. And the person that I called to file a complaint told me that the 5W30 Oil has to be changed every 3000 Miles, but told me to COME EVERY 5000 Miles. I felt lied to and I felt like fraud has occurred. I do not recommend anybody to get their car serviced at this Nissan Location. More

Nothing quick about the quick lube service center! I came in on a Saturday for oil change , coolant smell and driver seat belt buckle , the technician was great finished the car promptly, however the s I came in on a Saturday for oil change , coolant smell and driver seat belt buckle , the technician was great finished the car promptly, however the service advisor lacked providing exceptional service waited an extra 30 minutes for him to come and tell me the car was finished , only because another employee that I met during the course of being there for 2 hours for a simple oil change saw I was still sitting waiting , I could see advisor just sitting chatting away with coworkers instead of being attentive to his customer and work at hand poor execution of his duties , won’t be coming back there it’s too much of a circus show , employees run a muck, using profanity like it’s no big deal shaking up with other coworkers like if they are on the block all while in front of customers smh, just poor . More
