That in itself speaks volumes. Other dealerships either look away, or ignore you all together. My vehicles are assigned to a technician in a timely manner, and the writer gets back to me with diagnosis results, along with estimates of cost, part availability, and completon time. I would rate the Service Dept 5+ stars if the would only add a Text Msg feature to let my now when the service in completed. More
