Don't keep their word and take too long I was given 3years of free oil change and when I went for my 3rd oil change, they said I only had 2 free oil changes and had already used them up. The I was given 3years of free oil change and when I went for my 3rd oil change, they said I only had 2 free oil changes and had already used them up. There was nothing they could do unless I had proof. I asked for my truck back, got the papers from my glove compartment and there it was written. Finally that was taken care of, then, they said 1hr and a half max and it took a little over 2 hours! More
