Not completely satisfied I have visited this place multiple times & have always received great service but this time the young lady never checked up to tell me what was going I have visited this place multiple times & have always received great service but this time the young lady never checked up to tell me what was going to be done to my vehicle. I was wondering as to why & 2 hrs later when she finally came she said my vehicle was done. I went in there for an oil change & to possibly change my brakes. When she came she said your oil change is complete & you might need to change your breaks next time she basically didn't give me the option to do it that day because I would have had to wait another hr probably. She already had the receipt in hand for my oil change. I overall did not appreciate her service and lack of consideration for my time. More

Scratch fix and Steering Wheel adjust I recently took my car for service on a scratch, it was my first time there since I recently purchased the car. I made sure I called a couple times for updates and they were patient with me. Overall I got my car back nice and clean so that was great. More

terrible service. Complete liars. I dropped my car off for service. No one contacted me for 3 days. Then when I came to pick up my car it was just standing outside filthy. I asked for I dropped my car off for service. No one contacted me for 3 days. Then when I came to pick up my car it was just standing outside filthy. I asked for someone to take it for a car wash. When I came back it had a big red dent on the door. While I was looking at the cameras with the manager they sent a porter out to buff out the red paint and just left the dent. Once they had gotten rid of the evidence they told me that there was no red make or dent and that it was my problem. Never go to this dealership they are crooks. More
