After they did the diagnostic for a light I had on, I needed to replace something and they told me it’d cost me $700, I said no. After doing my own research and I found a factory Nissan part that needed to be replaced I contacted a local mechanic and in total the whole thing only costed me $200. So they over charged a ton for the repair and it was disappointing I couldn’t just get it done with them but other than that, good experience. More

Context: My current lease was up and I was looking for my next vehicle. I tried MANY Nissan dealerships in the Chicagoland area with poor results - either shady salesmen, or in the case of one dealership - extremely rude treatment by a sales manager. I was very jaded by the time I got to Al Piemonte. However, I'm pleased to say that Paul was a straight shooter - he was open and easy to work with in getting the car I wanted at a fair price that was negotiated over the phone, and made good on his word the next day when I came in to sign. I'm happy to send others his way. Thanks for letting a frustrating process end on a really positive note. Side note: Michal in Finance was easy to work with, too. More
