Correction:Yesterday! Yesterday after making an Correction: Yesterday! Yesterday after making an appointment with a service technician for JUST TIRES for my 2013 Nissan Rogue. I drove home in a 201 Correction: Yesterday! Yesterday after making an appointment with a service technician for JUST TIRES for my 2013 Nissan Rogue. I drove home in a 2017 Nissan Rogue!, now technically I had no intention of buying a new car. Unfortunately, after the inspection on my previous car, hypothetically, i said to myself, let me ask a few questions. This young lady walked up to me and asked me what I would like to upgrade? I said absolutely not. My finances are comfortable until I go back to work, I would rather not until I start working again. Again I had no intention of upgrading. However, after speaking to Eric, the service manager, He made it clear my out-of-pocket cost for repairs could run into thousands of dollars. So, I said to myself let me just ask some hypothetical questions? I walked over to the sales agents just to ask some questions, I MEAN JUST ASKED!, the next thing I knew I was being introduced to a young woman by the name of Fabiola. Fabiola not only talked to me but she listened to what I needed. Thats it: a new used car, less miles, and bumper to bumper warranty. So she took me on a couple of test drives, and we came back to the dealership and she just gave me some realistic numbers. I said I don’t want any ridiculous high car note, and she stayed within the number I gave her, and she did just that. I’m so pleased with the outcome. I'm going to tell everybody I know about Nissan and their amazing sales team and service department. I want to thank Fabiola, for her amazing time, her attentiveness, and sensitivity, to what I needed. Fabiola did not give me what she wanted, she gave me what I actually needed.
