Bought a total lemon from these guys with a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Google Nissan class action litigation for their issues related to Sentra and Altima- sure one will be coming soon for the Rogue. I fixed the Rogue. Google Nissan class action litigation for their issues related to Sentra and Altima- sure one will be coming soon for the Rogue. I fixed the transmission in July 2019 under warranty. Had to bring it back in under warranty again for the same issue with transmission in March 2020. Warranty still covered it but I’m stuck with the towing fees thus far and had to pay for a radiator trans line leak which wasn’t under warranty. Overall, the service team was good and professional, the car when it runs is fine, the sales team is about what you would expect. One final note, they broke my driver’s side chair’s housing in July 2019 and it was never fixed nor officially documented in their system...thus it’s on me to point it out and remind them and frankly, I’m over it. More
