It was ok i gave it a 4 star because i just didn't like how the guys didn't have a mask on while they were on the sales floor. Not complaining just stating they should have one on for their safety and the how the guys didn't have a mask on while they were on the sales floor. Not complaining just stating they should have one on for their safety and the customers. but We went for an oil change and it was fine no problems and the young lady who helped us was very kind and helpful. She did a good job and so did the technician who did our oil change. Over all it was a good experience. More

Worse service ever. I Had an appointment scheduled at 3:00pm on Thursday 18,2020.for transmission inspection and oil change. I arrived at 2:55pm. They said my car will be ready in two hours and told them 3:00pm on Thursday 18,2020.for transmission inspection and oil change. I arrived at 2:55pm. They said my car will be ready in two hours and told them I will wait. I checked with them at 4:00pm because I couldn’t see my car having service. The girl told me, they are working in your car , I was like where? She said no worry. Then I checked again After two hours at 5:00pm. The girl told me that they didn’t even started, I asked for my keys because I was so upset. I left work to get my car inspection done and I wasted two hours there for nothing, the manager didn’t shows up to apologize. I don’t think I wanna go back there. The worse experience I have ever had to get my car inspection done and oil change. More
