I put my car in the shop on a Wednesday from the time I dropped it off no one called me to give me an update on what was going on with my vehicle even though I had a warranty it still would have been nice dropped it off no one called me to give me an update on what was going on with my vehicle even though I had a warranty it still would have been nice to know what issue my vehicle was facing. I tried to reach out three times did not get an answer left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. I finally got a call a week later letting me know my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was giving my keys and still had to ask what was the issue with my vehicle. As I was headed out my car was not in front I literally had to go ask someone where my car was and if they would bring it up front to me she finally brought my vehicle up to me and it was dirty they did not wash my car after service. This place is terrible and I will not recommend anyone to go here. More
Unfortunately the service department incorrectly diagnosed the problem in my car and also suggested overpriced extra repairs. Also never returned phone calls. Elena did and amazing job helping us. When we got home check engine light came on. Called and service said They didn’t do anything to engine so it wasn’t their problem. I would rate my service a 5 star on how clean my truck was returned. But it saddens me to see how long it took to resolve my issue that I have been concerned about now for quite some time. I do not reca was returned. But it saddens me to see how long it took to resolve my issue that I have been concerned about now for quite some time. I do not recall if there was a diagnostic text done pryor to tbis current one, but I'm glad it was done none the less. You can only imagine driving a truck around and not knowing if you are going to be avle to brake or not! I just pray that the problem's solved. I'm so Grateful. More

The service Advisor Jacqueline Orellan was very professional, friendly and attentive to my conce I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The service Advisor Jacqueline Orellan was very professional, friendly and attentive to my concerns re: any maintenance work required. she made sure I was informed of every aspect regarding service which included front brake pad replacement. when it was determined the brake service could not be completed due the lateness of my arrival, I was give a loaner car with no charge providing the car was returned the next business day before 7:00 PM. I am thankful for this service in that I did not have to pay for a renal car or take time off from work Thank you Ms. Orellan for contacting me when the work was completed More
