I took my Explorer for Oil Change, they later mentioned that my rear brakes are worn out, front are okay. I agreed to replace both rotor and pad. After couple weeks, I started feeling vibration while braking, and again i took my car back to the dealership, now they are saying my front is bad. This is insane. Please avoid this place. More
