Don't believe a word they say, when you sit down with the finance person everything you agreed to changed. All I can say is, I am glad I had it in the back of my mind and looked over the paperwork. Never buy here! We went in for an internet special that was supposed to be the price plus tax, tags, freight and dealer processing fee. It was very late and we were tired so we signed the papers to my fault without really nitpicking them apart. When I got home I realized that they charged us almost 2k more than the price plus all the adds and the 12k car became 18k financed. Now I know we spent 3500 between the Gap ins and the extended warranty but that should be 16k financed not 18. I went back first thing this morning to discuss how the number was reached. First the salesperson told me that it was the tax/tags added and when I told him that the numbers still did not add he got the GM. The GM first off came out with the attitude/arrogance that I was bothering him. When I questioned what all of it was about he should me some worksheet that I honestly do not recall the salesperson discussing with us because I would have questioned a 712 fee for Md inspection. When I called him out on it stating that MD inspections are only 50.00 in this state and that anywhere else I have ever been the price is the price - not all these added fees. He stated that all the dealers add extra fees. I stated that was not so because I bought a vehicle at Norris last year and they were great plus the price was the price. At that point he grabbed the worksheet paper - tossed our contract across at me and walked away from me. He (Scott the GM) was very disrespectful in how he treated me the customer. I deal with customers all day long and would never treat someone that way. I did not follow - I promptly asked the receptionist for the owner information but only was able to get the Ford 800#. I still have not been able to get ownership information to discuss my problem but I did lodge a complaint with Ford as well as the BBB. I will never recommend this dealership to a single person - they exhibit shady sales tactics and take advantage of unsuspecting people. If you want to be treated with respect and honesty then steer clear of Al Packer Ford!!! Update - 4/2/15 - so it had only been day and half and already the car is in the service center and they need to replace the clutch. I will say though if you are just looking for service -- Chris and the service people that I came into contact with today were very professional and nice. It is sad that as good as my service experience was today still can not outweigh the horrible experience of buying this car. It's too bad that they don't hire sales staff like they do their service people. More

We visited the dealership twice and our son test drove two different F-150's. During our first visit we were given what we thought was a fair price for an XLT model and for our trade. We still wanted to shop around to make sure we were getting a good deal. When we returned to look at an STX model we worked with a different sales rep. When it was time to discuss the what kind of pricing was available the sales rep became rude, tried to push us into leasing, and when we asked questions got an attitude. He would not refer to my husband by his name but instead called him "Boss" and "Buddy". He would keep repeating to us tell me what price you want Boss. My husband asked what is the best price you can give me. The price was so far off from the first deal we discussed early in the week. We referenced to the deal with the other sales rep and they could not find it. This dealership is not honest and does not train their staff to speak with their customers. More

Friday the 13th repair Ok, so I never believed in that Friday the 13th thing. But the second Friday the 13th in a row almost got me to. My 2008 Ford Focus started the day with a louder ''road noise'' sound than usual. I didn't think much of it at the time - the car has 238+ thousand miles on it. It got much worse as the day went on. I got it to Al Packer's White Marsh Ford at 12:30 in the afternoon, fully expecting to need a rental car and not see mine till Monday afternoon. After work at 3PM - I stopped by to see if anything had been done. They had moved my car into a bay to look at it. 1/2 hr. later I was given the news that the rear passenger side wheel bearing was coming apart and took out the brake pad with it! David Worth, my service adviser, said he could have it done by 7Pm - yeah, right! At 5:30 PM I was back on the road! I cannot express how grateful I am for the professionalism, courtesy and hard work exhibited in making sure my car got repaired quickly. More
