I wouldn't expect anything less for the service department. The work was done quickly and I was treated well during my visit. The only thing I cannot understand has to do with the scheduling system. After receiving 3 confirmation / reminder emails about my appointment (on the 12th, 13th, and 14th) when I arrived for my appointment on the 15th I was told I could not be located in the system. This happens each time I schedule a service appointment. It would be nice to show up in the system since I schedule my appointments at least 2 weeks in advance and can't remember what I've selected when they ask what I wanted to have done. This is not a complaint, just a comment. More
