First visit to Al Packer Ford Service This was my first visit to the service department at Al Packer Ford where I was promptly greeted by Paul Mox. He confirmed that I needed a loaner vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and showed me the coffee machine and other amenities . By the time my coffee was brewed I was I was in the loaner! Great experience. Contacted Lance Johnson prior to my visit and let him know I would be in within the next few days.
