Great New Car Pricing I purchased a new Ford Edge last month from Al Packer White Marsh Ford because of their great selection, competitive pricing, and professional staff. I purchased a new Ford Edge last month from Al Packer White Marsh Ford because of their great selection, competitive pricing, and professional staff. I contacted Steve Lefko via their website to obtain pricing. He provided me with availability and pricing that met my daughters need. Steve worked with his sales manager to provide me with the best price (the first time) possible. I contacted three other large Ford dealers in the greater Baltimore area and found that Al Packer provided the best price out of all three dealers. I didn't have to go in and haggle for two hours (old school). He made sure I got all the rebates I qualified for and didn't include extra rebates in his quote. I known Steve got me the lowest price possible, no buyer regrets here! This is my 22d new car purchase and I have to say this was the easiest negotiation I've ever experienced in a no pressure environment. The business office found a great (Ford) loan, fair interest rate, and a monthly payment that meets my budget. I will return to Al Packer's the next time I'm in a market for a new/used Ford based on their great selection and customer friendly sales approach. More

We helped my mother in law purchase a Ford Taurus, we purchased a Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer and our last purchase was a Lincoln MKX. Before we purchased the above vehicles, we talked to Steve Harrell. We wanted his thoughts on these vehicles and see if they would meet our needs and my mother in law’s needs. We always returned to Koon’s for all service work and one time when someone backed into the Taurus we took it to Koon’s Body shop after Steve saw the damage. We were and are loyal to Steve Harrell! I first met Steve back in the mid-nineties when I worked for Enterprise Rent a Car. I always watched how he dealt with his clients and how comfortable he made them feel about the work that needed to be done. I never heard one client ever speak a negative word about Steve. In most cases, they were saying how thankful they were for his time and his honesty. They never felt like they were being sold something they felt like they were making a purchase. Service writers are very much like car salesman the trust level is always in question. They have a quota and you never know if what they are saying is true. The leadership is always doing different promotions to “upsell” and in my opinion those are just dishonest tactics to do business and make a few extra dollars. When we found out Steve had left Koon’s Ford to say I panicked would be an understatement. We had to leave the Taurus with a new service writer. That was the most uncomfortable thing we had done in a while. He starts quoting all these prices before the car had been looked at. We were never so happy to get the car back. During that event, we found out Steve had transferred to Al Packer which was much closer to his home. Koon’s is maybe 10 – 15 minutes from our home and Al Packer is easily 45 minutes from our home. We have been to Al Packer now twice and it has been truly amazing. Yes, Al Packer is a nice place but the reason we drive there is because of the trust and respect we have for Steve. During our last visit, we started talking to a lady in the waiting room near the dealership. She was also having her car serviced and we both bragged on Steve and told her how we ended up at Al Packer. She pulled out her phone and wanted us to spell his name so the next time she needed service she could ask for him. Steve Harrell is a man of honor and he can be trusted. More
