Excellent vehicle. Good price. Friendly dealership. Bought this Raptor through Arnold Silverman. Brand new. Good price. I had an additional accessory added. A hard cover for open bed on the F-150. From the time I ordered the car, via Paypal deposit to the time picking it up, was 36 hours. In less than a day, the car was polished, wheels got armorall, tanked up with gas, I was on the road. This is just the beginning of the story. The very next AM, I looked under the hood. To my amazement was a vacuum line/hose was eaten by a varmint. Apparently a squirrel had dinner under my hood. On a Sunday, I contacted the salesman who immediately responded. He said he would make it right. The service department went to bat, and paid for the repair at a New York Ford Dealer. The tonneau cover was installed nicely. The auto detailing was amazing. The salesman was good but the service department preps the vehicle and installs the accessories. Job well done.
