Service department needs education on what service truly is. Incompetent and rude. Always claiming to be understaffed. Ordering wrong parts and causing excessive inconvenience and waiting. I would give them zero stars if possible. This is the second terrible experience with this dealership. I thought since the first issue was almost ten years ago things would be different but I This is the second terrible experience with this dealership. I thought since the first issue was almost ten years ago things would be different but I was wrong. Went to the dealership on 7-30-22 to test drive a vehicle, walked the lot to look at a few of the cars and no one came out to greet us. Go inside and still never greeted walked up to the front desk and asked if we could speak with a sales rep to test drive a vehicle we were interested in before ordering one. The young lady at the front desk pages a sales rep to which the sales rep sitting across from us annoyingly calls us over and says “I was hoping someone else would grab you, I’m still dealing with someone”. Mind you he never stood up and introduced himself or asked our names just told us we could sit down. We explained that we were interested in a certain vehicle but wanted to test drive one first to make sure we liked it before ordering one. The dealership had two in stock. We were told we could only test drive the one because the other was on their show room and they wouldn’t let us drive it since we weren’t buying it. Mind you it wasn’t a top of the line or anything special. If it was a Shelby I would understand but the truth was they didn’t feel like moving it let alone deal with us. Then the sales rep leaves to make a copy of our ID and when he returns he states the other vehicle was sold and we couldn’t test drive any. No apology or anything. Didn’t offer his card to follow up with us. I shook his hand and thanked him for his time and he seemed to not even want to shake my hand. I should of known that it was going to be a terrible experience and that nothing had changed. Left Al Packer and went to Bob Davidson Ford and was treated much better was able to test drive multiple vehicles and will be back beginning of September to order the vehicle when ordering opens back up. More

Salesperson was great! But the checkout clerk was a out of line trying to sell everything under the sun. Then shafted me with a high interest rate. This dealership ranks right up there with one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I received an offer to buy a vehicle from them from a third party site (True Car) for a predetermined price which they worst I have ever dealt with. I received an offer to buy a vehicle from them from a third party site (True Car) for a predetermined price which they refused to honor and wanted to tack on additional fees of $995 for "certified pre-owned" which was clearly included in the price quote. The salesperson that I dealt with was absolutely horrible, he communicated poorly and was borderline rude. We were trying to do a deal for over 3 days and I eventually just had to walk away because they were just unwilling to compromise on anything at all, very poor customer service. Their ad stated that they would do at home delivery because of Covid but they flat out refused and demanded that I had to come in person for no good reason. I really tried to make it work, I was approved for a loan but due to the distance(70 miles one way) and their refusal to deliver as they advertised I needed to arrange for someone to come with me to get the vehicle back home. Now in all fairness the delivery radius is 50 miles but I offered to meet within the 50 miles and that request was refused. I even offered to pay a holding deposit until I could get there the very next morning but again no compromises at all, basically it was their way or no way at alI so after all of the frustration I chose to take my business elsewhere. You have been warned. More

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. The sale's person was lest then thrilled to see me. after driving 3 hours to get there I was out in about an hour. Once I told him that the number he came back to me with for a monthly payment was far above what I had told him he basically told me to kick rocks. No negotiations.
