While getting an oil change a few weeks ago I didn’t realize my free oil changes were up and drove over 45 minutes just to get my oil changed. Not only did they have my oil change, tire rotation, and overall check done in 30 minutes but they comped the service because I chose to come to them. Great dealership with great service and helpful employees. I definitely recommend and will be servicing and buying more vehicles from them. More
Great service and competent workers I don’t recall the last names but Mike the service writer and Mike the mechanic did a good job of diagnosing the problem. Treating customers poorly its all about the bottom line This is the 5th vehicle we have bought from this Dealership and first time treated with no respect. It took 3 days to finally come with deal and all 3 days the #,s changed. Went up from day 1 to day 3 $300.00. They took 2 2017 vehicles 1 had 17,000 Explorer miles other F150 5800 miles ridiculous amount of money on trades they were like new. Between salesman Nathaniel and Finance Manager they saw 2 women and took advantage of them. We will not be purchasing any more Fords from Al Packer its all about the bottom # and not there customers. The only thing Al Packer has going for them is their Service Dept. It you are trading anything in stay away from al Packer. So Ford just told us we would have to get it from Al Packer. they really can confuse you to the point of not knowing the #s and when you go in to sign papers after getting your hopes up they tell you payment is a lot higher then what you agreed to. The original paper work that the salesman showed you with payment that you agreed on disappears. Stay away if you want a Ford go to a much more reliable Dealership. We also were ripped out of $500.00. Payment was posted that day of signing for one pf vehicles. Told Finance Mgr he said Ford would be sending refund. We found out today Al Packer waited 1 week to pay off vehicles so the payment that was made that day they have it. We would have to get it from Al Packer. Our paperwork is different from what Al Packer paid Ford. So now tell me who has sticky fingers. STAY AWAY BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE. After signing paperwork Nate should of showed us everything about the new vehicle.. His remark was it the same as the other truck. But it isn't it is entirely different. Nate sold us other 2 vehicles and he was great but not now he has changed. Very poor salesman. More

Service Bob Bayer is the type of service person I like to deal with. Shows concern for the issue and equally concerned for the correcting the issue. Disappointing first car purchase experience On July 14, 2018 I excitedly headed down to Al Packers to look at a used 2015 Ford Mustang. I had been looking at them for a while and this one caught On July 14, 2018 I excitedly headed down to Al Packers to look at a used 2015 Ford Mustang. I had been looking at them for a while and this one caught my eye. I called Thursday and made an appointment with Kyaw Win for this specific Mustang for Saturday afternoon. My girlfriend and I headed down and met Mr. Win. He was busy, so we waited a few minutes while he finished up. He took us to the car, gave us the keys and sent us out for a test drive. We were a little disappointed at first because the car was parked in a dirt lot which is ok but it was covered in dirt. But ok away we go on our test drive. We came back from the test drive and Mr. Win immediately started by asking if we had any concerns. Which we did. It smelled like smoke and just wondered if they could get it out. We went through the typical sales pressures that we had heard about but we asked for some time to discuss an actual purchase and told him that we didn’t come to actually buy it today. We just wanted to see the car and test drive it and then have time to decide what we thought would be best from the ones we had gone to see the past week. When we asked Mr. Win for some time to think he said ok then sent the finance manager to us who spent the rest of his time pushing the car on us. Shame on us for being so naive about how car buying works but we really did try to leave but they just kept pushing. I know it’s their job to sell a car but the pushiness was overwhelming. In the end they were able to get me financed but here is my real problem. They never washed the car and we sat in the building answering questions and filling out paperwork the whole time. We never got to look at the car again to check it out for dings, damage etc. until it was all done. Even better is that it was still dirty. When we got home with the car it was immediately brought to our attention that the hood had bubbling in the front edge and that it is a known Ford problem that can’t be repaired without replacing the hood. The hoods are made of metal with an aluminum skin that are typically supposed to be protected from each other with some kind of barrier coat. When the barrier coat is missing or wasn’t applied well the two different metals corrode each other and the paint comes off a lot like rust. Technically it can be sanded and painted but it will happen again somewhere else on the hood. It should be replaced so that factory sealant is between the two dissimilar metals to prevent the problem from happening again. I researched it and did indeed find that Ford is currently in a law suit over the problem and it’s all over the internet about it. I had no idea until it was bought and didn’t see it because the car was dirty and my lack of experience in car buying. I emailed Mr. Win and told him the problem and he told me that it wasn’t a recall, which it isn’t but I thought that’s what it was called. Mr. Win said if it was a recall, to bring it into any Ford dealer and if it’s a recall it would be fixed for free. I went to my local dealer and they said no it’s not a warrantied item but they knew all about the problem. They said all Ford dealers know about it. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a young first time car buyer. I was too inexperienced to know the process or fight the sales pressure techniques and now I have a car that has a hood that will continue to essentially eat itself. I can’t afford a new hood and just to have it painted is around $1000. Mr. Win and Mr. Wolf were friendly throughout the process. Thanks Al Packers, Mr. Win and Mr. Wolf for a life lesson. Next time I’ll be better prepared for the sales tactics and understand that a sale is a sale no matter who it hurts. More
